MarCo Rural Water Company, Inc offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Please remember any payments made after office hours will be processed the next business day.
Online Bill Payment
To pay your bill online please click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button to the right or at the bottom of the page. You must register to pay your bill Online. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section, along with a voided check and drop it off or mail it to our office.
Payment At Our Office Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the fifteenth, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Drive-Thru /After Hours Night Drop
For added convenience we offer a drive through window for bill payment. We accept cash, check and money order. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the fifteenth, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. An after hours night deposit box is available for use on the same side as our drive through window. We strongly suggest that you do not put cash payments in the night deposit box. Night deposit payments will be credited on the next business day.
Express Lane Payments
We now offer what we call our Express Lane. Located on the left side of our parking lot (next to the fire station) is our express drop box. Payments can be dropped in this box without having to wait in our drive thru line. NO RECEIPT will be given. DO NOT LEAVE CASH Marco will not be responsible. Payments deposited in this box BEFORE 5 PM on the 15th (or next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday) will be credited THAT SAME DAY.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account, due to the bank mailing us a printed check. Please consult with your bank for more information.
