MarCo Rural Water Company, Inc offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Please remember any payments made after office hours will be processed the next business day.

Online Bill Payment

To pay your bill by phone pay call: 843-874-4153  You must have your account number. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE PAYMENTS AT OUR OFFICE. 

To pay your bill online please click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button to the right or at the bottom of the page.  You must register to pay your bill Online.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

Use caution when choosing a 3rd party bill payment company not associated with Marco Rural Water. Marco will not be held responsible. 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. All bills are due by the 5th (fifth) of every month.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section, along with a voided check and drop it off or mail it to our office.

Payment At Our Office Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept cash, check, debit card or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the third, fifth, fifteenth, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.Please make sure to bring your payment stub with you. 

Payment Drive-Thru /After Hours Night Drop

For added convenience we offer a drive through window and a drop box at the drive thru for bill payment. We also have an express lane drop box located beside the Fire Department before entering the drive thru for a convenient way to drop your payment off without having to wait in line. We accept cash, check, debit card and money order.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the third, fifth, fifteenth, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We strongly suggest that you do not put cash payments in the night deposit boxes. Night deposit payments will be credited on the next business day. Please bring your payment stub(s) with you. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT THE DROP BOXES. NO RECEIPT IS GIVEN FOR DROP BOX PAYMENTS. 

Express Lane Payments

We now offer what we call our Express Lane, located on the left side of our parking lot (next to the fire station). Payments can be dropped in this box without having to wait in our drive thru line. NO RECEIPT will be given.  DO NOT LEAVE CASH, Marco will not be responsible.  Payments may be deposited in this box on the 15th and the next business day prior to 8:00 AM without a penalty. After 8:00 AM, you will be charged a $15.00 Late Charge that must be added to your payment to avoid disconnection of water. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account, due to the bank mailing us a printed check.  Please consult with your bank for more information.

 

Payments by Phone

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY PHONE IN THE OFFICE. You may make a payment by phone by calling the automated number 843-874-4153. You must have your Marco account number when calling. There is a convenience fee added to the amount of your bill when paying by web and phone. Once the NEW BILL is posted you must pay the Total amount due (past due and new bill) if paying by web or phone. You may pay the past due amount at our office only.
